14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

To start a return, simply email us at support@thefluffyclaw.com with your order number.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please send your item back within 14 days of notifying us.

You may inspect and try the item as you would in a store. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us. We will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method without additional refund fees.
